Satisfied Central Vacuum Customers Spending More in 2011

Mr. Robert Buckwald,

Bob,

I just wanted drop a note to tell you how pleased I was with my recent experience with the folks at Thinkvacuums. A few years ago I needed to replace my existing central vacuum. After calling & speaking with one of your salespeople I purchased your Signature Duo Vac unit. To begin with the salesperson was not only very nice, she was also knowledgeable with the products..

Since my wife uses the unit everyday & that's a fact... last week I needed assistance, the motor had gone bad.. I contacted your service department & spoke to Scott & was advised that a replacement would be sent... On Monday we received the replacement & after installing it I had a few questions & spoke with Scott once again. After a few minutes he provided the information I needed to get operational. I apologized for taking his time & he just said you can call anytime if you have a problem...

I wanted to let you know that in my 40 plus years in mostly senior level management positions, that to be successful it takes a team of dedicated caring people. From my brief experience with your company you have those in folks, in Scott & I think her name was Irene, Dan is another person I spoke with.

I am sure there are others who will take the time to let you know they were disappointed with the service, product etc. I just thought I would take a few minutes to let you know what I experienced with some of your employees..

Regards,

Leonard J.
